Driver accepts the following requirements as the minimum acceptable conditions of agreement: (1)Driver does possess a valid driver's license. (2)Driver provides a fully insured vehicle with valid registration and inspection. (3)Driver accepts full accident liability for personal injury and vehicular damage. (4)Driver accepts full responsibility for any traffic violations. (5)Driver will attempt to deliver all items in as close condition as possible as they leave the restaurant or hub (6)ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN VEHICLE. (7)Driver accepts full responsibility for the care and condition of any Dingdongtogo owned equipment supplied to driver for use while performing contracted deliveries.
Dingdongtogo and the Drivers accept the following conditions of compensation: (1)Weekly and after completion of all deliveries, Dingdongtogo will pay the Driver for each and every delivery completed and with no customer complaints to the correct address at the correct time.(2) Photo of each delivery is a must. For alcohol delivery, ID check and signature is required. Each address is considered one delivery regardless of the amount of the items. (3)The compensation minimum for on demand varies from State to State. They are $3.99 to 5.99 for each delivery and 100% of all tips. For deliveries like catering, meal kits delivery, etc., that come from aggregators or different providers, the pay will depend on the accepted price by the providers and DingDongtogo. (4) It is hereby acknowledged that Dingdongtogo is not liable for personal injury or vehicular damage incurred while Driver is performing duties as a contract delivery person.
